StocksPulse.io ("StocksPulse", "we", "us", "our") is a stock market signal intelligence platform operated by Boyd Digital & Digitonic. Our website is https://stockspulse.io.

a) LinkedIn Login

When you sign in with LinkedIn, we receive your basic profile information through LinkedIn's OpenID Connect service:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Profile photo URL
  • LinkedIn member identifier

We do not access your LinkedIn connections, posts, messages, or any other LinkedIn data beyond the basic profile listed above.

b) Watchlist & Preferences

When you use the Pro Dashboard, we store your stock watchlist selections and alert preferences.

c) Automatically Collected Data

We collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Provide the Pro Dashboard features (watchlists, alerts, analytics)
  • Send signal alert notifications you have opted in to
  • Improve our service and fix technical issues

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use HTTPS encryption for all connections, secure session cookies, and hashed credentials. LinkedIn access tokens are stored encrypted and used solely for authentication.

We use the following third-party services:

  • LinkedIn — For user authentication (OpenID Connect). See LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.
  • Yahoo Finance — For stock price data (no personal data shared).
  • TradingView — For interactive stock charts displayed on our site.

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
